New Front entry door
Wabash Wall repaired and painted

Black wrought iron repaired and painted.
Lights updated on the side of the building for security.
What we want to accomplish in 2024:
Stove and ventilation retrofits
Drain repair in the kitchen
Update floor plan in kitchen to make a more cohesive, workable environment.
Repair the leak in the basement.
